Construction stages of timber frame houses
The construction of a timber frame house lasts from 3 to 7 months, depending on the size of the project, the complexity of the project and the chosen assembly and finish. A fully completed 120 m2 residential timber frame house with built communications can be constructed in 3 to 4 months.
First stage
The most suitable project for a typical “North House” is chosen, as well as an individual building project can be developed for the customer. A contract is signed for the design and construction of the house and the design works are commenced.
Secondstage
When the project for the house is ready and approved, construction works on the site begin: foundation construction, including supply of a communications system to the house, construction of sewerage networks, installation of heated floors and lying of concrete floors.
Thirdstage
Besides the construction of foundations for houses, wall, ceiling and roof panels are also manufactured in the factory. Windows and panels are placed in vehicles for transportation.
Fourth stage
The transport of panels to the object is organised and the panel assembly process is performed. It lasts 1-3 days, depending on the project.
Fifthstage
When the house assembly process is completed, the roofing and facade decoration works are followed. In parallel, the construction of internal communications is carried out: electricity, water, sewerage, heating and interior plasterboard decoration.
Sixthstage
All interior finishing works are done: wall plaster and putty, painting, wallpaper hanging, wall and floor tiling, installation of interior stairs, floor finishing, interior door installation.
Seventhstage
Fencingconstruction, cobblestone laying and territory improvement works are performed.
